• The Balloon Bouquet Are Free Floating Latex Balloons Filled With Helium, Anchored By A Balloon Weight.
• The Garland Is A Free Floating Cluster Of Balloons Filled With Air, Not Helium. Most Air-Filled Balloons Will Last For 6-8 Weeks.
• Installation Is NOT Included. Installation Are Available Only For Deliveries Over $300.
•  If You Would Like Our Team To Install The Garland In Your Home Or Venue, A Minimum Installation Fee Of $50 Will Be Added.
